How an order moves
What happens between the button and the doorstep.

You get the tracking link by email the moment it leaves, and a text from the courier on the day.

Returns
Simple rule. Unopened comes back, opened gets put right.
Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send the unopened tub back within 14 days of telling us, and we refund it in full. Return postage is yours unless the tub is faulty. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of the tub reaching us.
Opened tubs cannot be resold, so we cannot refund a change of mind once the seal is broken. If a tub arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it or refund it. No need to send it back.
Log in, open Subscriptions, and skip, pause or cancel. Changes made three days or more before a delivery apply to that delivery.
Yes. £14.99 to the EU and Ireland, £23.99 to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway and a few more. Any duties are paid by you.
