Changed your mind
You can cancel an order up to 14 days after it is delivered. Email hello@brighterdogs.com with your order number and we will send you a returns label. Send the unopened tubs back within 14 days of telling us and we will refund the tubs and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of them arriving, to the original payment method.
Opened tubs
Opened tubs are sealed consumables and cannot be resold, so we cannot refund them as a change of mind. If a tub is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to send it back.
Subscriptions
A subscription delivery you did not want can be returned unopened under the same 14 day rule. To stop further deliveries, cancel from your account at least three days before the next one.
Your legal rights
Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
